The picture showed a few red roses, but the arrangement did not include any. My elderly parents loved the instructions on how to make their flowers last longer. All but 1 flower still looked lovely Christmas Day.

Good morning Debbie, I apologize that the web photo lead you to believe there were roses in the arrangement. When an order is placed on our website we do our best to follow a recipe. In this case the recipe only called for spray roses and carnations. I do apologize for the confusion and am happy to hear the flowers lasted until Christmas. I sent flowers to my mom for Mother’s Day. The arrangement arrived on the date that I had requested. I was worried that they might have problems delivering to her rural location, but it was not a problem. The flowers looked great when they arrived.

While the flowers are nice I was expecting something a lot larger for ordering the top option. Whenever you order from any other flower place the top option is a large display not a dinky vace.. the flowers look nice for sure but I wish that the top option was actually a large display like anywhere else would be. Still beautiful and probably priced somewhat in reason but we would pay more to receive a larger display next time versus such a small version. Just sets expectations weird to have 3 diff levels and then they are all apparently small.
